Membership

Mid-Herts is a private members club with over 600 playing members and some 200 social members. All areas of the club's membership are very active, be it competitive golf, social golf, bridge or social events. Mid-Herts Golf Club is a vibrant and welcoming place to spend time and where you will want to return.

As people move in and out of the area, there is always some turnover in membership so there are usually a number of vacancies if you are interested in joining.

Noted for its friendliness, new male members can quickly meet other golfers by joining in the informal swindles. These are a simple arrangement by which members who arrive at a set time put their names into a draw for partners and play in a competition run by that day's organiser.

There is a strong ladies section with over 130 members offering both competitive golf and more relaxed social golf. Ladies Day is Tuesday and the Business Ladies play their competitions on Saturday mornings.
